Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026

This policy explains what information SkyRidge Law collects through skyridgelaw.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. SkyRidge Law P.C. is a law firm. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" mean SkyRidge Law P.C.

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form, that can include:

  • your first and last name, phone number, and email address,
  • your vehicle's year and make,
  • whether the vehicle has had repairs and whether you paid for any of them.

The form also records which language version of the site you used and which button or page you started from.

When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us. If you become a client, you'll give us more, such as repair orders and purchase documents. Information about clients is also covered by our professional duties of confidentiality and your engagement agreement.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically:

  • Server and network data. Our web host and our network provider, Cloudflare, receive your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the time of each request. Cloudflare also uses this to protect the site from attacks and may set cookies needed for that purpose.
  • Form context. With a form submission we record the page you were on and any campaign tags or ad click IDs in the link that brought you here (for example, UTM parameters or a Google, Microsoft, Reddit or TikTok click ID). The site keeps those tags in your browser's session storage until you close the tab, so they stay with you from page to page. If a HubSpot cookie identifier is already in your browser, it's sent with the form too.
  • Approximate location. When you start filling out a form, the site asks an IP-location service (geojs.io, then ipwho.is or ipapi.co if the first doesn't answer) for your state. Those services see your IP address. We keep only the state, and it goes into the form's state field.
  • Analytics and advertising tags. After your first scroll, tap, click or keypress, or a few seconds after a page loads, the site loads Google Tag Manager. We use Google Tag Manager to run the analytics and advertising tags we choose, such as tags from ad platforms and web analytics tools. Those tags may use cookies or similar technology to count visits, see which ads and pages lead to inquiries, and in some cases show our ads to people who visited the site. The tags in use can change as our advertising changes.
  • Call tracking. We use CallRail to show a tracking phone number on the site. When you call it, CallRail records details such as your phone number, the time and length of the call, and the page or ad that led to the call.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • review the vehicle problem you describe and decide whether and how we can help,
  • contact you about your inquiry by phone, text, or email,
  • provide legal services if you become a client,
  • keep records of inquiries and cases,
  • understand how people find and use the site, and improve it,
  • measure and manage our advertising,
  • protect the site and our systems, and meet our legal and professional obligations.

Phone calls and text messages

When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your vehicle. That can include automated text messages and calls sent through our communications provider. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your inquiry. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or tell us on a call that you don't want further contact. Consent to receive texts isn't a condition of hiring us.

We don't sell your phone number or share your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing.
